Females Fighting Forward

Females Fighting Forward is a women's self defence and martial arts program that aims to improve students' street awareness, teach self-protection skills and increase confidence while promoting active, healthy lifestyles.

With a team of highly trained instructors, the program comprises group and individual self defence seminars and weekly muay thai classes. It caters to women of all ages and fitness abilities, from beginners through to professional fighters. Females Fighting Forward was established in 2013 by a muay thai world champion, qualified Martial Arts Australia instructor and Muay Thai Australia's South Australian representative, Carly Gangell.

The business operates from Boars Martial Arts in Woodcroft, with additional programs provided to communities, businesses, social groups and schools intrastate and interstate.
