Jobs board directory

The State Government’s 'Real Work. Real Experience’ program is identifying local job opportunities and connecting job seekers with vacancies. To find out more visit https://www.regionalwork.sa.gov.au/

There are also a number of free online platforms including Facebook, Gumtree jobs, Indeed, Seek, Jora etc that advertise job vacancies. More and more businesses are advertising vacancies through FaceBook and promoting them through local community Facebook Groups. We encourage job seekers to monitor these platforms and to also register with a local employment agency.

We also encourage job seekers struggling to find work to contact Centrelink and ask to be referred to a Jobactive provider. Jobactive will support identifying existing skills, job prospects and training options. Jobactive helps job seekers to write a resume, look for work, prepare for interviews, get skills that local employers need, and find and keep a job. Details can be found here https://www.sa.gov.au/topics/work-and-skills/looking-for-work/finding-a-job and the Federal Jobs Board utilised by JobActive employers and job seekers is https://jobsearch.gov.au/job/search

To assist job seekers in searching for opportunities, we have compiled a list of job support services, recruitment agencies and online platforms.
