Sublime Yoga is all about allowing yourself time and space to slow down and tune in with the sensations in your body, a softening of the mind and inviting fuller and more expansive breaths into our body. ahh R E L A X . . .
I teach a breath centred practice to mindfully bring movement into our bodies, to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and steadiness whilst at the same time helping to down regulate our nervous system to increase feelings of peace, calm and deep relaxation. Every class ends with a meditation to seal in the goodness and prepare you to move throughout your day with more lightness and ease.
I teach a a few different style of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
